Cody 20 years
Cody was founded on May 24, 2000, by founders Tom Henriksen and Bjørn Haugseter. In the beginning, it was just the two of them, and sales, design, automation, machining, assembly, and documentation were mostly carried out by them in a location in Raset, Skien.
ABB and AnaTec were among the good, local clients in the startup years and provided the duo with many exciting projects.

Over the years, there was a need for more employees who could work in various industries, such as oil & gas, pharmaceuticals, radiopharmacy, and defense. Our strength became versatility, dedicated employees, and innovative solutions.
In 2012, we moved into new premises at Rødmyr in Skien, where we are still located. People still come to us with needs for things we've never heard of before, and we use the experience we have to continuously solve new challenges.
We had plans for a grand celebration of the anniversary, but due to the pandemic situation, we cannot hold it just yet, even though all our employees are at work. We’ll have to celebrate it another time!

Ken André has a master’s degree in cybernetics from NTNU and has experience in programming, automation, control systems, and quality management. Since 2019, he has been our Managing Director.
