Anders has a bachelor's degree in electronics from Porsgrunn and is an experienced project manager with a background in several industries.

Bjørn is a product developer and one of the founders of Cody.

Christian is a product developer and is trained as a mechanical engineer. He also has a trade certificate as a sheet metal worker and has worked on excavator modifications and as a welding inspector, among other things.

Einar is trained as a service electrician and works as an automation engineer at Cody. Previously, he worked as an automation technician in the maritime industry.

Jan has trade certificates as an industrial mechanic and plastic mechanic and has extensive experience in development, assembly, service, and quality control.

Jared is a project and quality manager with a background in both mechanical design and automation. Jared ensures that the documentation for our deliveries is of the highest quality.

Ken André has a master’s degree in cybernetics from NTNU and has experience in programming, automation, control systems, and quality management. Since 2019, he has been our Managing Director.

Kjetil is our Technical Manager, responsible for the workshop, logistics, resource management, procurement, and inventory.

Magnus is our sales manager, and with his experience in both mechanical design, automation, and project management, he has full control over what Cody can deliver. He delves deep into the Machinery Directive, CE marking, and harmonized standards to ensure that what we deliver complies with laws and regulations. Magnus is extremely interested in horn speakers and doesn't shy away from renovating the house to improve acoustics.

Morten is a power engineer with a trade certificate as an electrician and has extensive experience in managing projects from start to finish. He has worked in both offshore and onshore industries.

Robin is a product developer at Cody. He has a master's degree in product design from Oslo Met and experience in mechanical and industrial design.

Steffen is the head of the automation department. He has a master's degree in mechatronics and has worked with automation in both offshore and onshore industries. At Cody, he works on concept development, system integration, and programming.

Tom is a product developer and one of the founders of Cody. He is trained as a truck mechanic and has worked in product development for over 30 years.
