Vial laser marker machine
This machine prints text on the top of vials using a CO2 laser. Vials are placed in a tray in the machine. The tray is moved around in the machine by magnets. The position of each vial are found using a camera vision system and the tray is moved to place each vial in print position. All faces inside the machine are smooth and motors, kamera, laser, etc. are placed behind glass windows. The machine is made to operate inside a cleanroom.
