Automate repetitive tasks to ensure they are done correctly
Automated Laboratory
We have previously created several custom-built fully automated machines that mix various materials, then analyze and label the sample. The machines were designed to be highly modular to allow for a standardized interface, making it possible to add modules later that fit into the existing machine structure.
The control system developed is flexible and can communicate with third-party instruments via network, bus, and I/O. This allows for the integration of analysis devices that are already known.
The machines have proven effective for preparing diverse samples and analyzing them, as well as for preparing samples of finished products for analysis.
Sampling
Different processes require different sampling methods. Common to all is that the sample must be representative. We have previously developed various types of specialized sampling devices to ensure that a good sample is obtained.
